Setting wise, this works for the casual girl, but could easily be worn for a night out (especially in the warmer seasons) but is pretty and light enough that it suits an office too. Very light in terms of full scent and projection is like a body spray, I'll use it up in the summer but I won't repurchase again along with private show just coz its a bit flat I enjoy a bit more coconut and flowers in my summer scent like utopia coco by kayali for instance is favorite.

I finally received this in the mail today, and I sprayed it on my arm this morning to test, and I love it, it's wonderful, but it has been bothering me all day: this smells familiar. I've been on a hunt for a summer coconutty fragrance only to be disappointed - until I got this gem. This reminds me of the classic BBW Coconut Lime Verbena sans the lime, with more creaminess from the coconut and vanilla. But I think that if this fragrance had been a lot stronger it would've gotten a banana-like acetone note that would've ruined the whole scent.At first, wearing this perfume was like wrapping myself in a coconuty cashmere blanket on the beach, and there was no hint of anything sour. It does not last more than 20 minutes, it has a strong alcohol smell, and the perfume itself is very faint even though it leaves an oily sheen.

I can spray this all over - lasting power is ok, but you do have to spray quite a bit - almost like a body spray. Smells a lot like Diesel Zero plus to my nose and the red berries-vanilla thing is reminiscent of Deep Red so if you are fan you must try this one it is oh so affordable! Although Friction is not likely an expensive fragrance anywhere in the world, I could easily spend much less on a nice spray. I also think this would work really well on a hot day straight out of the shower as I don't find it cloying or heavy at all. I couldn't smell anything of the sorts, just a splash of alcohol and some herbs, a green scent that was definitely not tropical or even remotely sweet.It is sweet yes, but the coconut, berries and HINT of floral freshen it up, and it's just a scent I can really picture in a tropical setting. As each layer comes forward, you may notice intoxicating citrus notes, including bergamot, lime, orange and lemon.
