About this deal

Never put yourself in the heartbreaking situation of running out of power in the middle of that once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity again. So, you can't turn off the remotes without taking out the batteries, and you can't turn off the wireless link without removing the battery in the grip.

Below you will find an overview of batteries and chargers compatible with your Nikon D750, memory cards that we recommend for your camera, cleaning products to keep your camera from getting dirty and lots more. If you're looking for people's recommendations, then look for a recommendation that includes at least 2-3 years of operating history with the battery because that's what it takes to find out if a battery will die a premature death or not. This allows us and our advertising providers to show adverts more relevant to you, limit how often you see an advert and build a profile of your interests. I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting, but the unit is very solid, with little to no flexing of the engineering plastic (no magnesium chassis here), good tight seems and no moulding flashing and no creaks when assembled.Even with the grip disconnected and turned off, the remotes work ( green led comes on when I press the shutter release. Livrée chargée à 90%, fabrication récente (fin 2019), reconnue par les deux boitiers à 100%, test charge-décharge-recharge mené à bout sans surchauffe. I kind of fixed it by always putting the battery in the camera but the build quality was still very poor compared to the Nikon ones and very flexible on the camera. Long-life, high-capacity Nikon EN-EL15b EN-EL15a battery replacements from CELLONIC® are the perfect replacement, back up or spare – 100% compatible batteries for Nikon D7100, D7000, D800 and more! Given the cost of replacement batteries these days, the Nikon pricing is scandalous and totally unjustifiable.

I haven't been through some complete charge and discharge cycles yet so maybe just some inaccurate display. This type of battery is commonly used in Nikon cameras and provides a good balance between power and size.Additionally, it is recommended to fully charge the battery before use and carry a spare battery for extended shooting sessions. My experience with a non-Nikon battery (I think the brand was Watson) for my D750 is that it died long before the Nikon batteries I have and I consider it not worth the savings. D750 is next on my list, have nikon grip on d7000 and keep meaning to get one for my 700, the thing that's always worried me about 3rd party grips is the plastic construction as I use a blackrapid strap which fixes to the tripod thread.

After reading that non-Nikon batteries are good for a short period of time and then failing; I choose the brand name one.

Sometimes these batteries need to be cycled a few times before they deliver their full potential charge. Generic alternatives (see below) that are compatible with the Nikon D750 can be obtained at substantially lower cost. I've set the camera to use the battery in the body first, then the battery in the grip, I'm just checking to make sure it changes over correctly* ( down to 3% in the body battery).
